Hi neighbors,
As a reminder, section 6 of our HOA Rules and Regulations states the following:
All landscaping must be approved by the landscape committee before commencing work. Homeowners may be required to remove the landscaping and restore the property to its original condition before approval.
Submit plans via email to director@rvehoa.org or send them to the following address:

Section 9 states:
Front and side yards must be landscaped. All landscaping of every kind and character, including shrubs, trees, grass and other planting shall be neatly trimmed, properly cultivated, and maintained continuously by the owner in a neat and orderly condition and in a manner to enhance its appearance.
All of our governing documents can be found on the rvehoa.org website. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact your friendly board members or email us at director@rvehoa.org.

Hi Neighbors,
Seems some of us seem to be forgetting the parking restrictions found in our governing documents. From our Rules and Regulations sections 10 and 11:
Parking on Mimosa is limited to guests and service vehicles while unloading and loading or while a service is being performed. All others are not permitted. Guests and service vehicles must not park in a manner that prevents access by an emergency vehicle. Vehicles may not park in front of mail boxes.
A maximum of six vehicles can be parked on a property. Vehicles can only be parked in the garage, or directly in front of the garage on the driveway as long as they are not unsightly from any neighboring property. Commercial vehicles can not be parked in the driveway. Vehicles parked in the driveway may not overhang onto Mimosa.
